| 摘 要： | 在科技迅速发展、市场经济逐步建立的今天,大学生面临的各种心理压力越来越大,心理矛盾日趋加剧,因心理疾患引发的恶性事件呈上升趋势。高校担负着培养高素质人才的重要使命,加强和改进心理素质教育势在必行、刻不容缓。本文针对我国高校心理素质教育的现状,分析存在的问题,提出改进措施,以期高校心理素质教育工作从根本上得以改善;以期全社会共同关注、营造有益大学生健康成长的校内外环境。
