添加剂对铁基PbO_2电极制备影响的研究

摘    要:研究发现在电沉积制备PbO2的电解质溶液中添加 NaCl可以明显地影响PbO2的电结晶过程,改变晶体形貌,使镀层表面致密、发光、沟纹少且不改变原有β型晶型。采用NaCl添加剂的镀液制备出的PbO2电极与通常采用NaF为添加剂的镀液制备的PbO2电极相比,前者具有析氧超电势高、电化学稳定性好、腐蚀速率低、连续工作寿命长等特点。

Abstract:The influence of additives to the electrodeposition of Fe I Pb02 anodes is studied. The experimental results indicate that the addition of NaCl to modify the acidic Pb(NO3)2 solution as the electrolyte for preparation will remarkably affect the electrodeposition process of PbO2 and change the morphology of the Fe I Pb02 anode. PbO2 coating developed in NaCl-added solution is compact, lustrous and with less gullies. Correspondingly, the anodes prepared this way provide more excellent performances than those prepared in conventional solution with NaF additive, such as higher ultra-electricpotential of oxygen evolution, better electrochemical stability, lower corrosive rate and longer incessant working life.
