| 摘 要： | 本文研究了贵州斑坳蝗ＡｕｌａｃｏｂｏｔｈｒｕｓＬｕｔｅｉｐｅｓ（Ｗａｌｋｅｒ）和无斑坳蝗Ａ．Ｓｒｅｎ－ｈｅｄｉｎｉＳｊｏｓｔｅｄｔ的核型和Ｃ带。结果表明：两种坳蝗的染色体数目均为２ｎ（）＝２２＋ＸＯ＝２３，全部是端着丝粒染色体，核型公式：２ｎ（）＝２ｘ＝２３ｔ，ＮＦ＝２３，都属“１Ｂ”核型，按相对长度，它们的染色体都可分成Ｌ，Ｍ，Ｓ三组，都具有着丝粒Ｃ带。但斑坳蝗中期Ⅱ染色体组长度（５５．１９±２．７１μｍ）比无斑坳蝗的（４９．９３±２．４２μｍ）长；结构异染色质总量（２９．３２±１．２２）比无斑坳蝗的（１７．８７±０．５８）多。

| Abstract: | The Karyotypes and C-banding patterns of Aulacobothrus Luteipes (Walder) and A.Sven-hedini Sjostedt in Guizhou Were investigated, the result showed that the chromosome number of both species are 2n ()=22+XO=23,and they are all terminal chromosomes, The Karyotype formulae are 2n()=2x=23t,and NF=23, both of them belong to “1B” Karyotype. According to the relatire length, the chromosomes can be devided into L.M.S, three groups and both have telocentric-C-banding. But in the Metaphase Ⅱ, the Length(55.19±2.71 μm) of Aulacobothrus Luteipes chromosomal group is Longer than the A.Sven-hedini's (49.93±2.42 μm); and the total amount (29.32±1.22) of heterochromatin of Aulacobothrus Luteipes is more than that of A.Sven-hedini's (17.87±0.58). |
