| 摘 要： | 虚拟经济在近二十年得到前所未有的发展，本文试从虚拟资本的类型和作用入手，探讨虚拟经济的本质界定、产生及发展，分析虚拟经济的特点及影响，指出虚拟经济是实体经济发展的高阶阶段产物，并从四个方面对我国虚拟经济的发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Fictitious Economics has developed greatly since 1980's. Starting with the type and function of fictitious capital, this article probes into the essence, beginning and development of fictitious economics, analyses its characters and impact and concludes that fictitious economics is the result of virtual economics' high stages. This artile also gives some advice on the boost of fictitious economics in our country. |
