| Abstract: | The article,which is based on the design bending moment diagram of member in bending,educes the numeration formula of positional theoretical point of cutting about reinforced concrete's longitudinal tensile bar of member in bending,it successfully avoids the deviation and cockamamie from drawing conclusion according to the construction. |
