| 摘 要： | 伴随着大型仪器设备数量的增加,重复购置、资源浪费、维修费用不足等现象逐步暴露,大型仪器设备使用效益低下已经成为制约高校可持续发展的一个瓶颈。因此,文章阐述了加强大型仪器设备开放共享工作的意义,分析了当前开放共享中存在的问题,探索了推进大型仪器设备开放共享的有效措施,并对仪器设备效益评价进行了研究。

| Abstract: | The phenomena of repeated purchase,resource waste and inadequate maintenance cost are emerging gradually along with the increasing of large-scale instrument and equipment.The sustainable development of university is restricted by the low utility of large-scale instrument and equipmen.So the meanings of strengthening open and sharing are expounded,and the problems of the open and sharing are analyzed.The effective measures that can improve open and sharing of large-scale instrument and equipment is explored,and the benefit evaluation is also researched. |
