开放实验室促进创新人才培养

艺术与设计实验中心以加强实验教学示范中心建设为契机,组织教师和实验室管理人员深入学习、研讨,进一步转变观念,全面推进实验室开放工作,促进创新人才培养。根据实际要求,中心采取多种灵活的教学组织形式,探索和实践能充分调动学生学习积极性、激发学生自我创造意识的开放性实验教学模式及管理模式。从开放模式、开放策略、开放内容、运行机制等方面开展工作,构建开放性实验室平台,满足学生个性化发展的要求,增强学生的创新品质。提高实验室资源的利用率,实现开放共享。

Using Open Laboratory to Innovate Personnel Training

University laboratory is an important base.Relying on laboratory and giving full play to the resource advantages of the laboratory to implement open teaching are not only conducive to improve the students＇ independent learning and the overall quality,but also cultivate students＇ innovation ability.This paper discusses the measures taken by the Arts and Design Laboratory of Jiaxing College,including the introduction of flexible open forms,diversified open content,management system,supporting policies and providing good conditions.After more than two years practice,a number of landmark achievements is cultivated and the open effect is so obvious that the students＇ independent ability,practical ability,creative thinking and innovation capacity reach a new level.
