摘    要:原子吸收光谱法是高校仪器分析课中一个重要的仪器分析内容。它广泛用于生物医药、食品、化工、农业等各个领域中微量及痕量元素的分析。文章从理论教学和实验教学两方面入手,主要探讨多媒体教学课件在原子吸收光谱教学中的应用以及对原子吸收实验教学内容优化的尝试。

Abstract:Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy is a main instrument analysis curriculum in colleges and universities.It is widely used in microscale and trace amount analysis,for example in Bio-Medical,Food,chemical industry,agriculture and so on.This paper discuses the use of CAI in Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and the majorization of experiment from the education of theory and experiment.
