| Abstract: | The paper focus on the stage of researching on the feasibility of the project,taking the third joint road from Zun Yi city to Ma Changping in Guizhou province as example,and further introduce the general principles and methods which determine the road technology standard in the respect of prediction of the traffic volume,the analysis on road network construction,communication ability and service level. |
