摘    要:针对并网型小容量微能源网,提出一种改进储能-分时电价调度策略,考虑需求侧管理,从源荷储三方面对系统进行协同规划,降低系统的经济成本和碳排放量。利用网格搜索法确定储能系统的最优出力参数,将免疫机制引入粒子群算法以提升其寻优能力,并用于求解微能源网日前调度方案。从储能系统出力、微能源网运行的经济性和环保性以及算法的寻优效果等方面进行仿真分析,结果表明:所提策略和算法能够求得更优的设备出力方案,在不同季节均能够有效减少微能源网的经济成本和碳排放量。

Abstract:An improved energy storage-time-of-use electricity price scheduling strategy was proposed for the grid-connected small-capacity micro energy grid, which considered demand-side management, and coordinates the system from three aspects of source-load-storage to reduce the economic cost and carbon emissions of the system. The grid search method was used to determine the optimal output parameters of the energy storage system, the immune mechanism was introduced into the particle swarm optimization to improve its optimization ability, and it was used to solve the day-ahead scheduling scheme of the micro energy grid. Perform simulation analysis from the aspects of energy storage system output, economic and environmental protection of micro-energy grid operation, and algorithm optimization effect, the results show that the proposed strategy and algorithm can obtain a better equipment output plan, the economic cost and carbon emissions of the micro energy grid can be effectively reduced in different seasons.
