对预测垂直环空管中Taylor泡上升速度模型的评价

摘    要:弹状流是管内两相流中常见的流型之一,为了研究弹状流的流动特性,有必要确定Taylor泡在滞止液体中的上升速度.本文对Sadatomi、Hasan和Barnea预测垂直环空管中Taylor泡在滞止液体中上升速度的三种计算模型进行了评价分别用这几种模型的预测值与不同研究者在不同时期、不同实验条件下得到的实验值进行了全面的比较;借助于平均误差对三种模型的预测精度进行了定量分析.根据比较及定量分析结果,Sadatomi模型的预测值误差较大,而Hasan与Barnea模型的预测误差相当,精度均较Sadatomi模型的高三种模型均没有考虑环空管偏心度的影响,在全偏心配置的环空管中,它们的预测精度均受到一定影响.

Abstract:Slug flow is one of the common flow patterns in pipeline two phase flow. In order to adequately predict its behavior, it is necessary to predict the rise velocity of Taylor bubbles through the stagnant liguid in a vertical annulus. In this paper, Sadatomis, Hasans and Barneas three models for the purpose are evaluated. The predicted values of rise velocity with these three models are compared with the experimental values obtained by a few researchers in different periods and under different experimental conditions, and the prediction accuracies of these three models are evaluated by average error. The results show that the accuracies of Hasons and Brneas models are better than that of Sadatomis. In addition, the effect of offcenter degree of annulus on the rise velocity has not been considered in three models, so their predicting accuracies are low to a fully eccentric annulus.
