| Abstract: | A numerical solution for the sparse transient energy function (TEF) method of transient stability analysis of power system using network structure preserving model is presented.The sparse matrix method is exploited to speed up computational efficiency.The simulation results on a 6 unit,22 bus test system show the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
