离心油泵输送粘性流体时的性能换算方法

摘    要:概述了离心油泵输送粘性流体时性能换算的各种方法。以3种不同比转速离心油泵在变转速,变输送介质粘度下的性能实验为基础,考察了3种常用的性能换算方法的适用性,并从无量纲准则数出发,对实验数据进行了归一化处理。在此基础上,选定能较好反映粘性输送时离心油泵性能变化规律的准则数,初步制作能反映油泵水力设计及加工水平的性能换算诺莫图。

Abstract:This article studied the feature of three characteristic conversion methods in common use and investigated their applicability by comparing with the actual test results. It is found that those methods have errors inevitably at certain degrees. On the basis of large performance tests data of three different specific speeds pumps at different speeds and pumping medium viscosities, it selects a non dimensional number which can depict the performance of centrifugal pump when handling viscous oil and sums up our own conversion abac preliminarily. This abac can reflect the designing and machining level of China. It also provides the idea and method for the making of conversion curves for our industrial usage.
