| Abstract: | The concrete competence of flexibility is found out by analyzing how enterprises cope with the uncertain environmental changes. The ability how enterprises cope with the uncertainty is reported through the infegrated ability of making decision ability, achieving decision ability and response speed. Based on the given method, an example is given to explain it. |
