高校思想政治教育心理疏导方法的运用研究

在校大学生由于处于心理成长的关键也是最易变动的阶段，心理问题多发多态。心理疏导作为思想政治教育一种重要的方式和手段，在促进大学生人格、品德的健康发展中起了很重要的作用。本文从心理疏导方法的概念和内涵出发，对心理疏导方法在高校思想政治教育中的重要地位进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了建立信息化的疏导平台、加强疏导人员队伍建设、构建一体化的疏导支持环境等对策。

The Study on Use of Psychological Dredging Method on College Ideological and Political Education

It is easy for college students to produce various forms of psychological problems because they are in the key and fluctuant stage of psychological growth. Psychological dredging as an important method of college ideological and political education has very important use in promoting the healthy development of college students＇ personality and moral character. This article analyzes the important status of psychological dredging method in college ideological and political education at the beginning of its concept and connotation and focuses on analyzing the practical use of psychological dredging method and then proposes the countermeasures of establishing an information-based dredging platform, strengthening the building of dredging staff team and constructing integration dredging supporting environment and so on.
