摘    要:研究了银在乳状液膜分离体系中的迁移行为.以煤油作为膜溶剂,span80为表面活性剂,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为载体,确立了最佳迁移条件:制乳搅拌速度2 400 r/min,制乳时间和乳液与外相溶液混合时间均为15min,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)浓度3%,span80浓度2.3%,液体石蜡浓度4.5%,内相NH3浓度0.01mol/L,外相HNO3浓度2mol/L.在此条件下,银的迁移率达95%以上.

Abstract:The transfer behavior of silver through the emulsion liquid membrane system was studied.In the system,kerosene was used as a membrane solvent,span80 as a surfactant,tributylphophate(TBP) as a carrier.The optimum conditions were established: The stirring speed for emulsifing was 2 400 r/min,the emulsifing time and mixing time of milk and external phase solution were both 15min.The concentration of tributylphophate(TBP),span80 and paraffin were 3%,2.3% and 4.5% respectively,the concentration of NH3in internal phase and HNO3 in external phase were 0.01mol/L and 2mol/L respectively.Under the conditions,the percentage of transferring of silver was over 95%.
