摘    要:文章利用蛋白质可及性,建立了一种新的氨基酸流水性标度,得出了氨基酸残基因折叠所埋藏的平均可及面积与其Nozaki-Tanfotd自由能变化ΔGρ相关,残基可及性分数是疏水性的一种本征量度的结论,并分析讨论了有关问题.

Abstract:On the basis of accessibility to solvent for residues within proteins,a new scale of hydrophobicity for amino acid resdues was derived in this article.It was concluded that the mean accessible area which a residue buries upon folding is correlated with the Nozaki-Tanford free energy and the fractional accessibility of a residue is an intrinsic measure of hydrophobictiy. Correlative questions are discussed.
