摘    要:利用有限元分析软件对离心静电纺丝接收装置的电场分布进行了模拟分析,以寻找最优电场。模拟了金属接收圈和网状金属接收圈在不同位置和宽度下电场强度分布和电势的变化情况,利用电势等值线分布图和电场强度矢量图分析总结电场强度的变化规律。模拟结果表明:在电压固定的情况下,电场强度与接收板到喷头的距离成反比,与接收板的宽度成反比,与网状接收圈的网格密度成反比。本文结果对离心静电纺丝过程中纳米纤维直径及形貌的控制和装置的优化具有参考意义。

Abstract:Finite element analysis software has been used to simulate the electric field distribution of a centrifugal electrospinning receiver in order to find the optimal electric field.The simulations mainly focused on changes in the electric field strength and potential of the metal receiver and mesh receiver in different locations and having different widths.The resulting plots of electric field intensity were compared.The effects of varying the electric field intensity have been summarized.In the case of a fixed voltage,the value of the electric field strength is inversely proportional to the distance between the receiving plate and the nozzle,inversely proportional to the height of the receiving plate or the copper wire,and inversely proportional to the density of the mesh receiving ring.The results of this study should play an important role in both enhancing controlling nanofiber diameter and morphology,and device optimization in the process of centrifugal electrospinning.
