有机玻璃的力学与光塑性性能

摘    要:研究了有机玻璃的力学性能和光学性能等,通过试验得到了常温和冻结温度的有机玻璃的性能数据,提出了常温时光塑必方 变条纹,冻结温度下光塑性条纹是应力条纹的观点;用有机玻璃来模拟塑性加工的挤压工艺,证明有机玻璃是较为理想的模拟金属塑性大变形的光塑性材料。

Abstract:Mechanical and optical functions of polymethyl methacrylate are analyzed in this paper.The function data of polymethyl methacrylate at normal temperature and freezing temperature were got in the experiments.The viewpoints that the fringe at normal temperature was strain fringe and the fringe at freezing temperature was stress fringe are given out .Polymethyl methacrylate was used to stimulate squeezing.The results prove that polymethyl methacrylate is one of the hot plastic materials which has good optical properties to simulate the plastic processing technology.
