硒对落葵植株生长、光合特性及可溶性糖含量的影响

以落葵为实验材料，经溶液培养实验，研究了不同硒浓度（0，1、1，0、10mg／L）对落葵植株根系生长、光合作用及可溶性糖的影响，结果表明：在0．1mg／L硒浓度处理下，各项根系生长指标达到最大值，且与对照差异达显著水平；随着硒浓度的增加，净光合效率（Pn）呈先增加再降低趋势，细胞间隙CO2浓度（Ci）呈逐渐增加趋势，蒸腾速率（Tr）、蒸腾效率（Te）均呈下降趋势，在低浓度硒处理（0，1和1．0mg／L）下，落葵的可溶性糖含量与对照差异不显著；在高浓度硒处理（10mg／L）T，可溶性糖含量剧烈增加．低浓度硒有利于植物的生长，高浓度硒则抑制植物的生长，

Effect of selenium on plant growth,characteristics of photosynthesis and content of soluble sugar of Basella rubra L.
