空间直线度坐标测量的不确定度计算

摘    要:根据空间直线度坐标测量的基本原理和新一代GPS(Geometncal Product Specification)标准的不确定度理论,提出了一种空间直线度坐标测量的不确定度的计算方法,从而保证了空间直线度坐标测量结果的完整性和有效性.实验结果表明根据空间直线度坐标测量的结果及其不确定度,可以依据ISO14253-1给出的判定原则定量地对空间直线度进行评定。

Abstract:According to the basic principle of spatial straightness in three-dimensional(3D) measurement and the uncertainty theory for the new generation of Geometrical Product Specification(GPS) standards,a calculation method for the uncertainty of spatial straightness in 3D measurement was proposed,assuring the integrity of the verification result and its validity.The experimental results indicated that on the basis of the result of spatial straightness least-square verification and the uncertainty,the spatial straightness could be(evaluated) quantitatively by the decision rules provided by ISO 14253-1.
