全球化视阈下民族国家主权的解读与重构

随着全球化的深入发展,国家主权遭受到从未有过的冲击和挑战,许多曾被视为国家主权范围内部的事务,突然失去了自己的护身符,被裹进全球化的大潮。在这一背景下,很多西方学者纷纷提出了“主权过时论”“主权终结论”“世界政府论”等各种主权理论。面对全球化的挑战,国家主权“何去”“何从”处于一种很尴尬的处境。本文试图通过分析民族国家主权的历史变迁,从全球化的视阈下重新解读国家主权,进而在经济全球化的背景下对国家主权的重构作一个诠释。

Interpretation and Reconstruction of Nation-state Sovereignty in Background of Globalization

With the development of globalization, the national sovereignty suffered unprecedented challenges. Many internal affairs in the national sovereignty losses their talisman suddenly, and are wrapped into globalization tide. Under such background, a variety of theories of sovereignty are proposed by western scholars, such as ＂sovereignty obsoleting＂ theory, ＂sovereignty ending＂ theory, and ＂world government＂ theory, etc. Faced with the challenges of globalization, the national sovereignty is in a very embarrassing situation of ＂where to go＂ and ＂what to do＂. The historical change of the nation-state sovereignty is analyzed. The re-interpretation of national sovereignty is given under the globalization background, and the reconstruction of national sovereignty is explained under the economic globalization background.
