摘    要:本文以研究天津客车厂现生产的〈TJ-620B型汽车冲压件板材优化下料方案〉为背景,根据线性规划理论和组合原理,采用了逐级优化的设计思想,深入地研究了板材下料问题,从建立数学模型到研制计算机软件,通过计算得出最优化套裁下料方案,使原材料利用率从80%提高到94.79%。该厂试生产一个月就节省钢板30余吨,价值人民币6万元,全年可节省70多万元,经济效益显著。

Abstract:This paper is set in studying 'the project of cutting plate materials for TJ-620B type automotive punching parts' which current manufactured by Tianjin Passenger Car Factory. According to the linear programming theory and the combinatorial principle, we obtain an optimized cutting design and make fully in reseach of the cutting process of plate materials. From establishing a mathematics model to using computer to calculate the optimized cutting design for plate materials, the utilization ratio of the material has been raised up from 80% to 94.79%. The steel plate has been saved more than 30 tons in one month of trial production compared with the original method, Worth 60,000 yuan saving annually up to 700,000 yuan by an average. The financial profit will be notable.
