Abstract:Fine and microstructure distinguishable karyotype from spermatogonium of Rana catesbeiana is represented in this paper. All the arms of 8 pairs of chromosomes ,from number 1 to 6 with number 9 and 13,are typical uniform super-soleniods. The p-arm of chromosome 7 is a satellite directly tied to the centromere by chromatin filament. Secondary constriction occasionally appears on the p-arm of chromosome 8. On both the p-and q-arms of chromosome 10 and on the p-arms of chromosome 11 and 12, clear and stable secondary constriction are observered which can be used as specific mark to distinguish chromosome. The q-arms of chromosome 7,8,11, and 12 are all typical uniform super-soleniods. An obvious difference both in shape and length between the homologues of chromosome 10 is observed in early metaphase but not in middle and late metaphase.
