摘    要:以大学校园中的旧书市场为研究背景,基于耐用品二手市场的存在与不存在两种情况,研究了耐用品二手市场的存在对供应链成员决策的影响.通过构建包含单一制造商和单一零售商的两周期供应链模型,得出两种情况下供应链成员的最优决策值,并且通过比较两种情况下制造商和零售商的最大利润值,得出二手市场存在的必要条件.结果表明,当旧产品的回收成本较小时,零售商开通二手市场对其自身及制造商都有利;当旧产品的回收成本较大时,零售商开通二手市场对自身有利而对制造商不利.最后,通过数值仿真,分析了消费者对旧产品的接受度及旧产品的回收率对供应链成员决策的影响.

Abstract:Taking the background of the used books market in universities, and based on two cases, one of which caters for an existing secondary market and the other not, this paper investigates the effect of the secondary market on the strategies of the supply chain members. By examining a two-period supply chain consisting of a monopolistic manufacturer and a retailer, the optimal results are obtained. Meanwhile, by comparing the maximum profits of the manufacturer and the retailer under these two cases, some results found that, when the recovery cost of used products is lower, the secondary market operated by the retailer is beneficial for both the manufacturer and the retailer; in contrast, when the recovery cost of used products is higher, it is not beneficial for the manufacturer, but benefits the retailer. Finally, through numerical simulation, the paper analyzes the degree to which, firstly, the consumers' acceptance of the value of used products, and secondly, the recovery rate of used products, affects the strategies of the supply chain members.
