纳米氧化亚铜催化剂直接合成三乙氧基硅烷的新工艺

摘    要:用溶剂热法制备了纳米氧化亚铜催化剂,并进行了XRD、SEM及BET表征。通过对该催化剂在十二烷基苯溶剂中以硅粉与乙醇为原料催化合成三乙氧基硅烷的实验研究,获得最佳的反应条件为:反应温度为483 K,氧化亚铜催化剂的质量分数占硅粉质量分数的5%,硅粉粒度为200~320目,三乙氧基硅烷的选择性为92.6%,收率为80.8%。

Abstract:The nanometer cuprous oxide using as a catalyst was prepared by the method of solvothermal synthesis.Scanning electron microscope,X-ray powder diffraction and BET were used to characterize the catalysts.The process of the direct synthesis triethoxysilane via silicon-ethanol under nanometer cuprous oxide in the dodecylbenzene solvent was studied.Results show that the selectivity of triethoxysilane is 92.6% and the yield of product arrive 80.8% under the optimal conditions as follows: reaction temperature is 483 K,catalyst content is 5 wt% and silicon particle diameter is 200~320 meshes.
