| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育如何培养学生具有较高的“就业力”是目前业界关注的问题.基于高职生“就业力”基本内涵的分析,确定“就业力”的核心能力,并结合当前高职生就业力缺失现状,提出转变就业观念、充实就业指导体系、建立就业质量评价、完善人才培养方案、加强职业素养培育等是其建设的有效途径.

| Abstract: | How to cultivate students with higher employability is the focus of higher vocational education. Based on the analysis of the connotation of students＇ employability, the core competence of it is confirmed. Combined with the current situation of the lack of employability for higher vocational college students, the paper puts forward the effective constructing approaches, such as chang- ing employment concept, enriching employment guidance system, establishing employment quality evaluation, perfecting the talents training scheme and enhancing occupational quality cultivation, etc. |
