摘    要:备件作为装备维修保障的重要物质资源,装备研制单位需要将使用方提出的备件满足率要求进行合理分配,为合理制定备件配置方案提供输入,已成为目前装备研制阶段急需解决的重要问题之一.针对备件满足率只有统计定义的问题,论文研究了单备件满足率和串联系统备件满足率的概率性质,给出了其概率模型,揭示了备件满足率的内涵和工程意义.在此基础之上,以串联系统备件满足率的概率模型为基础,研究了系统备件满足率的两种分配方法,即线性代数分配模型和以备件总重量最小为目标的备件配置优化模型,为合理制定串联系统备件保障方案提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Spare parts, which are important resources for the equipment maintenance support, equipment manufacturer need to give a reasonable distribution for the spare parts fill rate which is proposed by users in order to provide them with input for making the reasonable spare parts allocation scheme which has become one of the important problems for us to address urgently in current equipment developing stage. There is only the problem of statistical definition in the spare parts fill rate, the paper studies the property of probability about the single spare parts fill rate and the series system spare parts fill rate, promoting the probability model, and revealing the meaning and significance of the spare parts fill rate. On the basis, the paper uses the probability model of the series system spare parts fill rate as the basis, also studies two distribution methods of systematical spare parts fill rate, which includes the linear algebra distribution model and the spare parts allocation optimization model which regards the minimum total weight as the objective, providing the theoretical basis for making the reasonable series system spare parts support scheme.
