基于AD500-9激光测距系统的设计

摘    要:基于AD500-9型雪崩光电二极管设计以窄脉冲发射、 雪崩光电二极管偏置、 弱光信号处理和计时电路为主要结构的激光测距系统. 利用标准时基发生器对计时电路进行验证, 采用线性拟合方法使时间测量的精度为10-10量级. 采用软件校准方法将测距实验中的测量误差控制在±0.1 m以内, 并对误差进行分析.

Abstract:Laser ranging system was designed based on AD500-9. The system is composed of four parts: narrow pulse laser emission circuit, APD bias circuit, weak photo electricity signal processing circuit, and time measurement circuit. The timing circuit was tested and verified with self designed standard timing generator. It has realized 10-10 level time measurement via linear fitting. The analysis shows the distance measurement error is limited to ±0.1 m in outdoor ranging experiment by software calibration method.
