| 摘 要： | 瑞士在二次大战时期基于各种历史、现实因素而选择中立,推行了一种弹性中立政策;依靠这种灵活中立政策,瑞士博取了交战双方对其中立地位的认可和维持.瑞士在战时发挥了一些独特作用,中立亦是其维护自身利益的一条可行之路,然而,中立并非维护和平的力量,并不值得推崇.

| Abstract: | Switzerland choosed neutrality and implemented a flexible neutral policy based on the various historical and realistic factors during World War II.Relying on this flexible neutral policy,Switzerland earned acknowledgement and maintenance of its neutral status from two warring sides.Switzerland played a unique role in wartime,and neutrality is a feasible way safeguarding itself interests.However,neutrality is not a force to safeguard peace,and is never admired. |
