碳源氮源对白腐真菌漆酶合成的影响

摘    要:从本实验室保藏的菌种中筛选到一株高漆酶合成的白腐真菌,通过单因子和正交试验对该菌株进行了碳源和氮源的利用研究.结果表明,其漆酶合成的最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸出汁.碳氮源的最佳组成为:葡萄糖10g/L,酵母浸出汁7g/L.

Abstract:A novel white-rot fungus,which was screened from our laboratory,was able to produce effectively laccase. The effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources were studied using single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that glucose and yeast extract were the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources.The best culture medium was obtained by supplement of glucose 10g and yeast extract 7g to per liter of solution.
