| 摘 要： | 目的：提供颈椎椎间盘与相应椎管及内容物关系的参考数据。万法：采用41例新鲜尸体制作横断层标本。选取40例正常MRI扫描图像与80例临床具有颈椎椎间盘症状患者的MRI扫描图像进行分析。结果：MRI正常组与椎间盘退行性变组在同一椎间盘层面积椎面积／椎间盘面积、椎管矢径／椎间盘矢径、硬膜囊关径／椎间盘矢径等三项比值差异更为显著。结论：以上三项比值的改变在椎间盘退行性变的诊断中有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To obtain referent data of the relation between intervertebral disc. vertebral canal and inner structures. Methods: 41 fresh callvers were used and cross section specimens were manufactured.MRI scanning images of 40 normal and 80 clinical cases with cervical intervertebral disc disease were analyzed comparatively. Result: Ratio between verterbral canal area and intervertebral disc area. ratio between vertertebral canal sagittal diameter and intervertebral disc sagittal diameter. ratio betweem dural capsule sagittal diameter and intervertebral disl disl sagitall diameter were highly significant between normal group and retrograde discs group at the same intervertebral disc section. Conclusion:The ratios are of referent significance in the diagnosis of retrogade discs. |
