| 摘 要： | 以细胞生物学实验课教学为例,提出普通高校扩招后,为合理利用教育资源、充分发挥学生学习的主动性、提高学生的学习兴趣、满足学生发展的要求,应对部分专业基础课的实验课进行分层次教学与开放式教学。文章主要介绍此项教学实践的具体方法及所取得的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reform approaches of Cell Biology curriculum through stratification and opening mode in experiment teaching after enlarged-recruitment in the ordinary university. What we have done is to inspire students' initiative in studies and boost their study interests through using resources equitable. It also introduces the concrete methods and results from this practice. |
