| Abstract: | Corporate merger and acquisition is a good way to optimize the sources of enterprises in different departments,but the indistinct property right,and further more the promblems of distribution become the bottleneck of development.In this paper,we analyzed the causes of indistinct property right,and gave some suggestions on these problems of poverty right. |
