| Abstract: | In order to resolve the problems of lacking universality and going beyond the present' in thead justment of laws in the particular bid of transaction and measures of transaction,the paperraises legal adjustment from the angle of market transaction,i,e: the exchange relations of ecnomic right,and divides the objects adjusted by laws into two parts of both,in order to realizethe unify of universality and particularity. It also analyses the connotation of economic rightunder market economic condition,the constructional system and exchange reality of economicright, and it further raises a basic requirement of legal adjustment of economic right exchange,and relative law established with the legal adjustment of economic right exchange. |
