摘    要:围绕降低装配作业人员疲劳的人因改善问题,研究了人体疲劳分析改善方法.该方法以仿真技术为支撑,通过人体新陈代谢能量消耗值来量化评估装配作业中人体的疲劳程度.通过作业动作的分解及动作参数的获取、基于新陈代谢能量消耗的人体疲劳评估计算、人体疲劳改善、改善方案的仿真验证与实施四个步骤可有效地完成作业的人体疲劳分析与改善.该方法在某汽车制造企业车轮分装工序装配作业的成功应用,验证了其可行性和有效性.

Abstract:Aiming at the ergonomic problem of operator fatigue in assembly line, a method of human fatigue analysis and improvement based on Metabolic Energy Expenditure (MEE) was investigated. On the basis of ergonomic simulation technology, the method introduces MEE to quantitatively evaluate operator fatigue in assembly work. Human fatigue analysis and improvement in assembly work can be accomplished through the decomposition and the parameter acquisition of operator''s motion, the evaluation and calculation of human fatigue based on MEE, the proposal of human fatigue improvement scheme, and its simulation verification and implementation. The method''s validity and feasibility were verified by its successful application in the tire assembling process of an automotive general assembly plant.
