变频器与PLC通讯的设计方法

摘    要:变频器和可编程控制器是现代工业控制的主要设备之一.本文介绍一种简便的PLC与变频器通讯方法,包括硬件连接和变频器参数的设置及通信协议设置.只需在PLC主机上安装一块RS-485通讯板或挂接一块RS-485通讯模块,并在PLC的面板下嵌入一块“功能扩展存储盒”,编写相应的PLC梯形图指令,即可实现变频器参数的读取、写入、各种运行的监视和控制,还可以与触摸屏进行通信显示各种信息.

Abstract:VVVF and PLC is one of the main modern industrial control equipments,the paper introduced the communication methods between a simple PLC and VVVF,including the hardware connecting and VVVF parameters setting and communication protocol setting.Just PLC installed on a host RS-485 communication board or articulated an RS-485 communication module and the PLC panel embedded in "a functional expansion of storage boxes",the preparation of the corresponding PLC ladder instructions,it can be achieved inverter parameters read,write and run all kinds of surveillance and control,and communicate with the touch screen,displays the various information.
