推土机行星变速器动力学模型及换挡过程仿真

摘    要:戏工程机械TY320推土机为样机,运用多刚体系统动力学方法对其行星变速箱建立了换挡过程动力学模型,为换档过程仿真与换档过程品质控制提供了理论依据,结合试验对换档过程进行了仿真,试验表明,该动力学模型及仿真系统是合理的。

Abstract:Planetary transmission shift process of TY 320 bulldozer was studied.The factors influence of the shift quality was discussed.Shift action motion differential equation was proposed based on multi-body dynamic,and shift quality dynamic model was set up.The model provides fundamental basis for simulating the shift transient process and evaluating the shift quality.With the help of the model and test,the shift process was simulated.Disk-brake friction torque model and hydraulic system response model were designed.The experiment results show that dynamic model and simulated system are reasonable.
