PMMA应力银纹损伤的实验研究

摘    要:实验采用显微镜对PMMA———有机玻璃的变截面试件在不同时间的蠕变条件下的银纹损伤进行实验后观测,将银纹所占的面积和所取图象视场占的总面积的比值视为银纹密度D,通过对银纹密度的测量得到银纹损伤随时间和应力的变化规律.

Abstract:This paper presents an optical technique to quantify the creep crazing damage in stressed transparent glassy polymeric sheet of PMMA.Craze area density in this article is defined by ratio of crazing area and the overall area of the region selected.The specimens are loaded for a defined period of time under creep condition with defined temperature,after which the craze densities are measured with an optical microscope.Finally,this paper aims to find out the relation among craze area density and stress and time.
