液压系统泄漏原因的理论分析及计算

摘    要:为了便于分析与解决液压系统的泄漏问题,本文先从理论上论述了密封的机理与影响泄漏的一些因素,分析了平面间隙和柱状环形间隙的泄漏量与间隙大小,压力差、粘度及间隙长度之间的关系。同时又举出计算实例若干个。然后根据泄漏公式和按技术设计的要求得出泄漏的主要原因是间隙控制、压力冲击和升温发热等诸方面的问题,并对这三种原因进行了详尽构分析。最后提出了解决液压系统泄漏问题的措施。为便于掌握和了解液压设备的泄漏程度介绍了HFI(Hydraulic Fluid Inlet)值的概念。

Abstract:In this articale, the sealing mechanism and some other factors effecting leakage are theoretically described first for the convenience of analysing and solving the problems of leakage in hydraulic systems. This paper also has analyzed the relationship of leakage of planar and annular columnar clearance to clearance size differential pressure viscosity and clearance length. At the same time gives out several calculating examples. Then from the leakage formulas and according to meet a demand for technology and design, come to a conclusion that the main causes of leakage are the clearance control, pressare impact and heating in temperature rise. An exhaustive analysis is made for these three causes. At last, puts forward some ways to solve the problems of leakage in hydraulic systems, and introduce the conception about the value of HFI (Hydraulic Fluid Inlet) in order to have a good grasp and understanding t he lovel of leakage of hydraulic devices.
