摘    要:针对矿井通风机励磁电压易波动等问题,以使用较为广泛的KGLF11型可控硅励磁装置为基础,采用以TC787AP为核心的新型移相电路,彻底解决了因元器件的选用及控制原理的欠缺引起的波动问题,从而实现了控制系统安全、可靠、高效的运行。

Abstract:Directed at the problems, such as instability of the voltage of excitation of mining ventilator, the paper discusses using KGLF11 silicon controlled excitation device as the foundation and verifying through the on-the-spot practice. This paper introduces the adoption of TC787AP as the core of new -type phase shift circuits to solve the drawback completely, namely the incorrect selection of the components and deficient principle of controlling in the original design. Thus this method provides a safeguard for safe, reliable, high - efficient operations of the equipment.
