| 摘 要： | 为制定合理的高等教育学费标准,立足于全国整体水平,以培养质量、家庭满意度、学校满意度和大学性价比为四个目标函数,同时考虑办学成本、家庭负担约束、社会经济和学校财力等作为约束条件,建立多目标规划模型;采用线性加权法将其转化为单目标规划模型,并引入阈值限定进行求解。
