气体对激光焊接熔深和等离子体行为的影响

摘    要:利用1.7KW连续波CO2激光器焊接厚度为4mm的SUS304奥氏体不锈钢,分析了气体种类及压力对焊缝熔的影响,并利用调整摄像机拍摄等离子体照片,分析了等离子体的行为特征,试验结果表明气体压力减小,熔深增大,且达到饱和溶深,同时压力减小,等离子体数量也少,Ar气体情况下等离子体明显。

Abstract:A continuous-waved CO 2 laser machine of 1.7kW was used to weld SUS304 austenitic stainless steel. The effects of different kinds of gases and the ambient pressure on penetration depth are analyzed. A high-speed camera was used to take the pictures of the plasma in order to study the behavior of the plasma. The result suggests that the less the gas pressure, the thinker the saturation depth. Meanwhile, the quantity of the plasma is decreases with pressure decreasing. The plasma is evident under the condition of Ar gas.
