基于模糊数学的工程项目投标报价决策研究

我国乃至世界范围内的建筑市场是以招投标制度为主要交易形式的市场竞争机制,工程项目的招投标,是建筑市场主体承包工程业务的必由之路.建筑施工企业为了在激烈的投标竞争中取胜,必须在工程项目的投标前充分分析影响投标决策的各种因素,应用合适的投标策略和方法,进行综合分析,确定合理的投标报价.以模糊变量居多的报价影响因素,对其评价过程、评价结果也具有一定的模糊性,难以用精确的数学关系式来衡量它们对投标报价的影响程度.模糊数学能为模糊问题的定量化提供数学语言和定量方法,给投标报价决策提供了有力的工具.研究建立的基于模糊综合评价的投标报价决策模型的优点在于将目标和多个影响因素充分考虑,在承包商充分分析成本、利润、税率、风险变化等因素的前提下,帮助承包商科学地进行投标报价的决策.

Research on Construction Project Bidding Decision Making Based On Fuzzy Mathematics

The bidding system is the main form of transaction in construction market.In order to undertake business projects in fierce bidding competition,construction enterprises have to analyze factors which influence decision making before the bidding,use proper strategies and methods,make a comprehensive analysis and determine a reasonable tender offer.Most of the influencing factors that mainly consist of fuzzy variables are fuzzy and the influence of the factors on bidding is difficult to estimate by accurate mathematical formulas.Fuzzy mathematics provides mathematical language and quantitative methods for the quantitation of fuzzy problems,which are of much significance to bidding decision-making.The bidding decision making model based the above theory include purposes and relevant influencing factors in bidding for construction projects and help contractors do proper competitive bidding through a comprehensive analysis of costs,profits,interest rates,etc..
