新建京沪高速线与既有线合理分工方案的研究

摘    要:根据客货运量及我国铁路运输特点,在分析高速铁路不同运输组织方案比选时应考虑因素的基础上,以线路的能力利用率和旅客旅行时间节省为主要指标,对新建高速线与既有线客运组织的五种分工方案进行了比选,提出京沪高速线建成初期运输组织模式应是高中结合方式,中后期逐步过渡到纯高速方式。

Abstract:Based on passenger and freight, volume together with the features of Chinese railway transportation, we analyzed the factors that should be considered in comparing with different schemes of highspeed railway transportation organization. The utilization coefficient of carrying capacity and the save of passenger's travelling time are taken as main indices to compare with five different schemes of dividing passenger traffic work between new Beijing-Shanghai Highspeed Railway and the existing one. The conclusion is that at the beginning of using the new line, both high and moderate speed trains should be running, then shift progressively to the high speed trains only.
