阳离子分散剂疏水链结构对水性超细涂料性能的影响

摘    要:利用微射流制备水性阳离子超细涂料体系,研究不同疏水链结构的季铵盐阳离子分散剂对超细涂料体系的性能影响.结果表明,微射流处理30min平均粒径可达200nm且分布均匀,Zeta电位接近50mV.疏水链为十四烷基时离心稳定性最高可以达到75%,Zeta电位随着疏水链的增加而升高,粒径和黏度在达到饱和吸附之后则变化不大.

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationship between the different hydrophobic chains structures of dispersants and ultra-fine cationic paints system,paints system which is consist of different hydrophobic chains of cationic dispersants and pigment red 22 is prepared by micro-jet for 30 minutes.The result shows that particle size can reach 200nm and distribute equality,Zeta potential is near 50mV,centrifugal stability can reach 75% when the hydrophobic chain is fourteen alkyls,Zeta potential is grown up with hydrophobic chains increasing,and there is no concrete changes in terms of particle size and viscosity after the pigment has been well adsorbed.
