| 摘 要： | 目的:综述乙型肝炎病毒的分子基因型在中国境内的地理分布的特点、临床特征和治疗疗效的关系。方法:收集并综述近五年中国大陆的研究成果。结果:虽然HBV有8个基因型,但中国大陆只有4个基因型别流行,其分布表现出明显的地域性。结论:中国大陆HBV基因型与HBV自然史、致病性、预防、治疗等关系的研究为今后控制乙型肝炎提出了方向。

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the distribution of different genotype Hepatitis B virus in different provinces and explore the relationship of different genotype with hepatitis B clinical characteristics.Methods: To collect and review about 23 papers in recently years.Results: There are four hepatitis B virus genotypes in Chinese mainland.there are significant difference in the distribution in different provinces,and it is different in clinical significance.Conclusion: It provided an idea for us to make a program on genotyping,pathogenicity,prevention and treatment on hepatitis B. |
