| 摘 要： | 社区居民参与和社区基层队伍的管理参与之间是辩证关系.以厦门市思明区嘉莲街道为个案,从该街道社区基层队伍建设的情况来探讨社区居民参与的意义,发现其存在着社区居民参与意识薄弱、基层组织年龄结构和文化结构不合理等突出问题,提出以培养社区居民自治意识为基础并设立多样化的基层组织等相应对策.

| Abstract: | Resident participation and official management is a dialectical existence concerning community's development.The case study of the construction of a community work group in Jialian Street,Siming District,Xiamen,reveals problems of weak sense of participation of residents and poor age structure and educations of the community work group.It also suggests that efforts be made to enhance residents' awareness in participation and build variety of grass-root residential organizations in the community. |
