摘    要:采用强-弱双磁性载体固载雷尼镍催化剂,在自制的鼓泡固定床反应器中对对羟基亚苄基海因和邻硝基乙苯体系进行氢化实验.结果表明,雷尼镍催化剂的活性和稳定性均有所提高.对羟基苄基海因的平均收率达到90%以上,邻硝基乙苯的平均转化率超过99%,催化剂寿命可提高到300 h以上.

Abstract:Raney-Ni catalyst immobilized with both strong and weak magnetic materials is success-fully applied in the homemade and bubble fixed-bed reactor. The activity and stability of the cata-lyst are improved a lot for hydrogenation of both 5-(p-hydroxyl)-benzylhydantoin and or-nitro-ethyl benzene. The results show that the conversion rates of 5-(p-hydroxyl)-benzylhydantoin and or-nitro-ethyl benzene are over 90% and 99%, respectively. There is hardly any change for activity of the catalyst after 300 h operation.
