| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,人们对建筑的要求越来越高,从规划设计、建筑设计、户型设计、建材采用,到功能和质量等方面提出了新的要求.主要论述了在工程建设过程中如何进行造价控制,阐述了造价控制原则以及如何采取措施进行造价控制,使施工管理符合成本控制目标要求.

| Abstract: | As long as the social developing,people's requests on architecture are more and more strict,from layout design,architecture design,type of flat design,using of materials to function and qualities etc.The article mainly discusses how to control the costs during a project construction,how to illuminate the principle of costs controlling and how to take the measures to ensure it,so as to let the construction management meet the object requires of cost control. |
